when a user has logged into the Tablemate app ,they are to click on the place order tab where they proceed to send a request to join a table which is to be approved by the host after that they click on the menu where they will place an order for their main meal, dessert and beverages when done they request the bill total and are given options of how they want to settle the bill.
click on place an order --> view menu -->order -->confirm order -->done ordering
Request Bill
1.after clicking done ordering, at the bottom of the page click request bill
2. a confirm action notification will be sent to you ,click confirm
whilst you are still waiting for the bill ...you will be asked to do ratings
· Just Mine
after requesting the bill a pop up message will appear on your asking if you would like your own bill or everybody's considering you were not dining alone.
1.click 'Just mine"
· Claim Entire Bill
after requesting the bill a pop up message will appear on your asking if you would like your own bill or everybody's considering you were not dining alone.
1.click whole bill
· Split Bill Tool
after receiving the bill the user is given an option of how to pay the bill
1.in a case where they want to split the bill ,they click "split bill"
2.if you are not the table head you will receive the following message if you are the table head then the following message will be sent to your tablemates as you decide how to split the bill.
3.Each user at the table will get turns selecting the items they ordered so that each person can pay for their own.
4.after selecting each person's items click "claim"
then each user will be sent their separate bill and a pop up message will appear on the screen to confirm the success of the split bill tab.
. Settlement
after everyone has confirmed their portion of the bill we move to payment.
1.select settle bill
2.the user will be asked if they are sure they want to pay for their potions only, click yes
3.then the user will be asked how they want to settle the bill considering the given options on the screen
after settling the bill a check out message for the user will be sent
